Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the JPG To PDF Converter PRO iOS app and this website. In short: the app is licensed to you for your own use, your files are yours and stay on your device, and we cannot be responsible for the documents you create with it.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and TQ Tech ("we", "us") covering the iOS app JPG To PDF Converter PRO ("the app") and the website at jpgtopdfconverterapp.com ("the site"). By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, Apple's terms govern the licence itself.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, sell, rent, sub-licence, reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Your content
The photos, PDFs and converted files you handle with the app remain entirely yours. The app processes them on your device; we do not receive, store, review or claim any rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to convert and distribute the material you process, and for not using the app for anything unlawful - including infringing copyright or handling documents you are not entitled to possess.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Some features require a Pro unlock purchased through the App Store. Current prices, purchase options and renewal terms are shown in the app before you buy, and are the definitive statement of what you are paying for.
- All purchases are handled by Apple. We do not process or store payment details.
- If you buy a subscription, it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We cannot issue refunds directly. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
- A one-time purchase can be restored on your devices using the Restore Purchase option in the app.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features of the app, and we may stop supporting older versions of iOS. We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, or that conversion results will be suitable for any specific purpose, submission or recipient.
7. Your files are your responsibility
Because everything is processed and stored on your device, we have no copy of anything and cannot recover it. In particular:
- Keep your originals until you have confirmed a converted file is correct.
- Check every page of an important document before you submit or send it.
- A forgotten PDF password cannot be recovered - not by us, and not by anyone. Store it somewhere safe.
- Deleting the app deletes its data, including conversion history.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of the app - including missed deadlines, rejected submissions or documents shared in error. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. This website
The content of this site, including its guides, is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but iOS changes and steps described here may become out of date. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice.
10. Third parties
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
